Welcome to Braam Jordaan's Website

The three short films including "The Rubbish Monster" and "Sipho the Lion", were screened at the 3rd Deaf Rochester Film Festival (DRFF). "The Rubbish Monster" won audience choice award. I also talked about how the animated film "The Rubbish Monster" was made into an illustrated children's book, published by Cambridge University Press.

The films were fresh, alive and unexpected right there in Rochester, New York! I was really delighted to see more and more quality films coming out. It was also wonderful to meet and interact with highly talented filmmakers, artists and actors from the sides of this dear planet.

Kudos to Ms. Stacy Lawrence, DRFF Director and the festival board members! Looking forward to attending the festival again in the near future!
