Welcome to Braam Jordaan's Website

The short film titled "RAW" was shot during my visit in Los Angeles, California -- it was directed by Jules Dameron. The story is about a photographer and a model each get what they need from an unusual photo shoot.

The film was screened at Maine Deaf Film Festival 2011 and the audience enjoyed the short film.

"I enjoyed working on 'Raw' since it was such a different story, and wanted to see if I could do an entire short film where the main character used the lack of dialogue as a method to affect his subjects."

"I enjoyed working with Braam Jordaan-- he was so detail oriented, and I appreciated that-- it made a difference on screen!"

"I loved working with a great team, including Lexi Marman, Jenn Kuhlman and Erik Call. We were a simple team but we made a nice little film out of it!" said Jules Dameron.

I'm glad that my acting debut was so fun! :)
