An inspiring animation of the signing lion character called Sipho was presented to the voting delegates in the General Assembly in Madrid.

Sipho the Lion is the official mascot of the XVI World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) to be held in Durban 2011. It was also screened in front of around 2800 representatives from all around the world in the closing ceremony.
