The Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the XVI World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf

After 4 months of non-stop hard work, the XVI World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) opened officially with 25 minute animated piece of "Sipho the Lion". Around 2,100 delegates from 125 countries attended the world congress and the animation was very well received by the audience.
